How does billing work?
Virtual servers are billed every day, month, six months or year based on billing period of your choosing. Licenses and IP resources are billed at the beginning of each month.
Is the server billed if it is off?
Yes the server is billed regardles of it's power state. The resources are still reserved for it. If you are planning to not use the server for extended period of time use the parking functions to lower costs.
Which VPS / VDS plan should I use?
If you are not sure which plan to use we suggest starting smaller and upgrade if needed. Upgrade is available anytime. The upgrade is performed on-line with one restart of the server at the end just to apply new parameters.
How do billing periods work?
Service of VPS / VDS is billed daily by default. You can choose longer billing period upon order (or contact our support later). By choosing longer billing period you get a discount of up to 20%.
What happens when I use up the traffic limit?
Your VPS account will be billed €2 for every 100GB of data exceeding the traffic limit of your VPS / VDS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are using PayPal as payment gateway. You may use VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards and a PayPal account.
Will you notify me when my VPS is about to expire?
Yes. In case your VPS account balance will be to low for next payment period we will be sending you emails about the fact. Time period for this notification can be modified in the user interface.
I sent a payment using PayPal. Why is not my account updated yet?
Your VPS account will be updated once your payment is verified. If it is your first payment you may have to verify the payment by validating an email which you received on the address which you used for payment.
